I just use it to view and pay my bill, works perfectly for that. You can also use this to test your connection speed, reset your connection, and check the status of any open repair tickets you have. Update: this app has become terrible and very buggy. My internet connection has become incredibly unstable, but they sure make sure to up the bill every so often. New service provider is coming to the area soon, cant come soon enough.

If it's supposed to crash when checking internet status, it's working great. Every time I attempt to check my internet status the app crashes. Stability is trash, support section is useless, I bet their billing section works. Update: internet is out in the whole house, but it's all good since the app says the router is connected to the internet with no connectivity issues. The red light on the router says different. They decided to increase my bill by $20, for their great product of course.

Their internet service and app started out working great. On the app, there is an option to view your network, it's no longer accurate. It shows my cell connected all the time, even while I'm away. I can no longer edit network info via the app or turn wifi on/off, clearing the cache, and reinstalling does nada. The service quality has become horrible, I'm considering turning it off. The internet is up and down constantly, and power cycles, reboots, or resets do nothing to fix it.
