cannot edit the receiver info, if you have multiple people on recipient it will only allow you to delete the first recipient and cannot offer you to atleast edit the info, verification takes longer time, you cannot log in because arc expire even though the arc number on change data is the same as the lates arc but still force you to change data because arc has expired.

Disappointed.i forgot my password and I change my phone number so theres no way I can change my password the only way is the customer service. I send a request to your customer service in January 20, asking for a change password. They said that they will call me. Then January 25 I ask to delete my account because its more faster to make a new a account rather change the password but now is January 28, nice customer service. wow

Hi, my boyfriend works in Taichung Taiwan and he wish to use QPay to send money in The Philippines. However upon logging in he was having a problem using the app. The App itself crash and his password didn't work. The err was Wrong password even though he was putting the right one. He was able to get a verification code and waited 24 hrs to have his account activated but it seems like there something wrong in Qpay's end. We tried to re-register but the error was ARC is in-used already. Need help
