Weave is AMAZING 👏 I have been using Weave for several years and love it! Having the app on my phone is a life changer. It gives you the ability to call and text patients from the app and it appears to be coming from your office phone number. You can send mass text or change voice-mail if needing to close the office due to weather, etc. We could not have survived the COVID closure without Weave! Thank you, Weave! ❤

This is the PERFECT system for a small (or large, or medium) business! I couldn't have opened my physical therapy clinic without them, and I'm so grateful. Really, just sign up. It comes with a physical phone, a cell phone app, multiple users for the same price, and a computer app, all of which work seamlessly and flawlessly. The onboarding is easy, and incredibly customizable!

While the concept is great and it does come with many great options (texting, faxing, group chat), the app itself desperately needs an upgrade. My coworkers and I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall the app multiple times a day, calls are dropped or don't come in at all, the group chat freezes and the app will also freeze pretty often. Whenever we contact customer service, they tell us to uninstall, change to wifi, get off wifi, etc and seem perfectly content telling us this is normal.

Hi Erika - so sorry to hear about these issues. We've spent the last 2+ months working on a full refactor of the phone system that should fix some of these freezing errors.
