I have had this app for a couple of years & up until a couple weeks ago i was VERY PLEASED with it. Then it started crashing every time i wanted to open the app to check something. I thought it might be my phone ,so i did a few virus scans & it wasnt. I have reported crashing & no response! I uninstalled it. Now if they fix the last update,correct the customer service aspect & remove ALOT of the ads that popup,i will reconsider using it again because it is to me alot more reliable forecast & user friendly (until now)!

I have used this app for several years, with mixed results due to a terrible 4G connection. My opinion has recently changed! New phone and rock steady 5G connection has made a world of difference! Excellent weather app, I highly recommend WBTV First Alert Weathe!

App says the temperature is supposed to be 54 all the way to 6 pm and it's not even 1 oclock yet and it's just 50° so it's off pretty good for my area, I'll probably be uninstalling the app if it can't be any more accurate than this.
