It's a great app when working properly. But several times over the past few months I've experienced increased issues. When I open the app, nothing works. Just stick on the temperature line It's frozen or something. Can't push anything. And I don't always get notifications like I should. I've tried clearing cache and even tried clearing data. I even Uninstalled and reinstalled several times the past few months. Can you guys help?

Good app. Easy to use. Only one issue I continuously experience and that is the videos do not always play when I push the ever so visible play button situated in the middle of the video. Should be easy enough but nope. Videos do not play more than 50% of the time. Otherwise, the app is good.

I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and now it has not been right at all. It keeps telling me it's going to rain, it doesn't until hours later. Yet it gives me warnings constantly that I'm having storms and flooding none of which happened don't mind the warnings but not in the middle of the night when all it is just rain I will have to uninstall so I can get some sleep. I wish you had timers on there and something that would say an emergency you would announce in the middle of night.
