One star for now in light of most recent update. The current temperature, which previously appeared at the top of one's phone screen beside the time, was more helpfully informative than whether it's partly cloudy or partly sunny for instance. I can determine that from my window but not necessarily how cool or warm it is out. So far the prior version was superior. I wish I hadn't updated the app today.

Nice app with all info streamlined. Only had couple days but seems pretty accurate this far. I redownload recently and thankfully city is loading screen. Notification sound with words is annoying if not emergency. Too many ads. For an app this large it doesn't keep running in background and needs to load every time. 3/5 stars still stands Update 4/14/24 update to app only shows weather icon on top banner, not deg outside

I like the app overall but had to delete because of unwanted notification sounds. The app overrides the settings to turn off notifications and turns them back on in the app. I have changed daily with no luck of keeping them off. Even when you turn notifications off in phone settings and in app settings, it still sends notification sounds with nothing in notification bar.
