Can't say I've had the same experience as the most recent reviews. My money is there a few hours after my most recent shift, it transfers instantly with no issues, and the process itself is pretty smooth. I will say there's a glitch on the main screen when I try scrolling down a certain amount that makes the entire screen look like it's trying to phase thru the phone or something, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars and not 5. The last two updates have done nothing to fix this. -S23 Ultra

setup takes a couple of days but for a good reason. they verify and secure everything. once setup, it's a LIFESAVER in a pinch.

I would give a 5 because of the convenience for reliability of this app. however it isn't as convenient as it used to be because I now have to get a supervisor to submit and approve hours on my behalf in order to access funds. the app used to deserve 5 stars
