Nickeled and dimed for every feature, even when paying for premium update services/speed, it's slow to respond or show updates. Geo-fencing locations difficult to set up because you don't know when it's going to close the loop/rectangle correctly or not. Multiple times it would not line up with the displayed map, showing travel parallel to the road but more than half an inch off, wouldn't keep accurate zoom level, hit or miss sometimes would stay in very low level, other times would stay at city

The app and Vyncs GPS was selected due to the lower revolving cost after the initial purchase. Some of the features don't work as described? Fuel level never has worked even after requesting help from Tech Support? It doesn't report the mileage of the vehicle? It is basically a running trip meter. They are misleading the buyer and that is upsetting! It does seem to track the location of the vehicle though. More stars would be available if they resolved some of their claims.

If the fuel level is not reported by your vehicle, your vehicle manufacturer is not providing this information through the OBD-II. You can check your vehicle’s mileage from “Performance” under the “Fuel Economy” option in the “Vehicle” section of the menu. Please contact us @https://vyncs.com/contact-us.aspx again if your problems aren’t resolved.

20231215 Update: There must have been an issue with the server last night. The app is back to it's normal level of slowness today. 1 minute to load. 10 to 30 second load time for every page change. Usually longer for the trip page. 20231214: The app was bad but they have managed to make it worse. 1 minute initial load. 45 seconds to location page. 1 minute to trips page but then it's blank. WTH?
