The app was going well but for the past 3 days I haven't been able to log in to my account via the app. I keep getting a message. I have no way of contacting the company but have tried on Instagram but they aren't responding. I still have credit left in my account which I am unable to cash out on. Any help would be appreciated. I have now had contact back from the company as they have updated the app and it now works. Thanks for sorting the problem for me.

It's interesting and easy topics to talk about. However the app has lots of glitches e.g not letting you start the video and crashing the app, telling you there is surveys available then you log in immediately and there isn't.. Not sure if its worth what you get from it. Their only solution seems to be to keep reinstalling the app which obviously you're not going to keep doing every day!

I like how quick it is to answer questions via video (much easier than filling out a long survey.) But recently I have been unable to upload videos so I have sought better signal and even reinstalled the app but still no joy. I have also had multiple notifications saying there are video questions available for me to answer but they are not there when I open the app, even when I do this immediately.
