App is always presenting inaccurate information. It will perpetually show availability on occupied chargers. The worst part is reporting issues within the app. I would always report these inaccuracies, and the person who is tasked with responding got fed up with my reporting. They respond by email that inaccuracies will happen because: 1) The sensors don't detect a vehicle in the spot. 2) The app needs to sync with the charger and will display correct after a while. This a BS response.

So far, working as expected. Would like a refresh option to update current charging state. At the moment, an app restart is needed for that. Additionally, there may be times a charger is faulty, but users wouldn't know, since the app will just say that its available. I had reported a faulty charger, and a car later plugged in, and left. The app still showed the charger as available. This is still a useful app to get an idea of Volta charger availability, if you're nearby.

We appreciate your patience and input. Our software team is working hard to improve the accuracy of the app in order to make information about station availability more reliable. Thank you for choosing Volta!

Of the 3 Volta stations near me, the app is accurate for only one. Other two locations are always "unknown" status. Not sure if it's the app or stations. Using the app for DCFC is a breeze and very easy. That's the one plus about this app. Not Voltas fault, but the amount of people that use and abuse these stations as their own personal chargers is staggering and frustrating.
