Works now except that it is ridiculous for Vodacom to require us - their customers to have data in order to use it. I mean I like to buy my bundles through this app so if I forget and ran out of data I am stuck!! C'mon Vodacom make the app usable even without data! Update: App works all the time. A lot of UI improvement too. I have one complaint though. The link that one clicks to see the summary of bundle balances is not obvious. I have had to struggle several times to find it.

The app keeps logging me out every 2 weeks despite using the same Sim card and phone. Contacted Vodacom and they told me they don't care and they won't change this "feature", even though it makes the app functional useless. It's very inconvenient to use. I would give 0/5 if it was possible. This app does not deserve even a 1/5.

Hello, very sorry for the mpesa app problem. We kindly ask you to send us on our WhatsApp number 0754100100 your phone number with the problem, your phone type, your phone version and mpesa app version along with a picture message from the mpesa app. ^ZS

Hello, in the recent update there's an OTP verification by six digits, however there's still an option of only four digits when I want to add my second Vodacom number in the 'My Profile - Manage Profiles' section. After updating the App. The OTP six digits appear when signing in with my first number. But the old four digits appear when I want to add my second number.

Hello. Very sorry about the My vodacom issue. We care about the security of your data, we have improved the password on the My vodacom app to update your app to enjoy this security. If you haven't updated your app you will see only the same four sections. ^ZS
