Horrible app I couldn't even get to experience how the automatic dog feeder worked due to the app constantly crashing very expensive machines to be sold and can't even use it. I was very disappointed. I just ended up taking it back to the store for an exchange for a different product. I don't recommend this model for anyone. You can't even use the machine without the app, so as long as the app doesn't work, there's no purpose for the feeder.

Like everyone else, worked great without any problems. As soon as you try and add a new camera it crashes and you cannot keep the app open after that. Every time you open it immediately crashes. Have to uninstall and reinstall to view current cameras. Soon as you try and add again, same thing. Must reinstall. Apparently this has been going on for months according to other reviews and still not fix. Been abandoned. ***UPDATE*** Older versions of Android work. Not updated to new phones

All I can say is that for the first year the camera worked perfect, I was happy with it now for some reason I'm having offline issues I have uninstalled and reinstalled it app as well as my internet and it's just not working. The night vision was a little sketchy, but overall it was a very nice camera system and then all of a sudden. Not... they did a system upgrade, new features, but app won't work when I'm away from home
