At Veyo we help get people to and from their health appointments. We currently manage thousands of trips each day throughout the United States. This application is for drivers who are currently signed up as Veyo Independent Driver-Providers or who are driving with contracted Veyo providers.

I have this app on my company phone. Biggest gripe I have is that trips don't show until the day of the trip. Definitely problematic considering that one such trip was at 4:45 one morning, and the app didn't show it the night before. Suggestion for improvement: show a list of trips at least 3 days ahead. The 3-day list would not necessarily have to be clickable but it could at least show the patient's name and the city they are in.

App in it's current state can use a lot of improvement. First of all, it'll send you to a trip at least 6 miles away when there is an available trip literally right next to you causing empty miles that are not worth it. These trips don't usually go far neither so a 6 mile pickup would most likely have a 2.5 mile destination, most of the time requiring you to backtrack to the same location you were sitting at to begin with. Secondly, the app requires you to call the passenger about three times when you pick up a request. Third, most of the passengers are flaky. Extremely the Craigslist type of flaky (in Tucson). There is no reimbursement or penalty for a passenger cancelling a request when at pickup location, they sometimes (really all the time) don't cancel ahead of time. Lastly, the app requires you to go knock on their doors. Lack of information on the job like a building letter, apartment number, makes this impossible and quite frankly a frightening experience since 90% of the pickup are in the sketchiest of neighborhoods. Please fix the GPS on the app.

Antiquated app functions for driver. Cancellation fees don't get paid properly or at all. If owed money for bonus not showing they resolve issue a week later (NO MATTER THE AMOUNT THIS IS A MAJOR PROBLEM), most clients are decent people, some think you're an employee of Veyo, and make petty claims. Pay per mile is okay, good with bonus times. Weekly pay, no issues with deposits.
