The UI is not easy to navigate. I'm not sure if this is supposed to be a shopping and an "in the now" app, or just the latter. There no direct product search button. I navigated to the FAQ, the clicked the shopping cart at the top, which then said, "cart empty" "continue shopping". You can't filter searches, and half the buttons don't work. I'll be uninstalling until the UI is actually functional. If it's not meant to be a shopping app, then I don't need it, as I get their emails already.

A while back I had around 1300 points and I was wanting to get the wall flag(1500 points at the time), but suddenly it changed to be 2000 points. I was kinda confused but whatever so i continued getting points to get the flag. As I started nearing the 2000 point mark, all the rewards, except for the contests, were gone. So if you're looking forward to tge rewards more than anything else on the app, its a big no go. Other than rewards everything else about the app is rad.

I just joined Vans Family and was curious if the app was more functional than the website. I find it's easier to create customs on the app but the functionality past this is terrible. Buttons often don't work, especially back buttons, it's slow and laggy, sometimes it pulls up items I don't click on, it freezes. I also found there's some trouble linking items from app to website. The app feels like and afterthought rather than an addition.
