User surly. Horrible experience both web and app version. It kept taking me in circles to verify both my email and phone #. I thought I had an appt booked, I did not. It's clunky and would stall out. The only thing I got was frustrated.

I had a few issues initially with the app not sending a code to my phone I contacted the customer service they followed up with me and resolved all issues. The app works great and I'm pleased with how well the team at the customer service center took care of all my needs

What a horrible website. The form to signup for a booking frequently hangs. Does not allow for passing a credit card CVV number. Had to fill the form in several times. Offers with via Apple and Facebook but not the more-popular Google.
