Needs new log in details instead of the existing ones. No google prefill for creating new login details, no pasteing information(for example password). Doesn't show my electricity usage info correctly, data missing. Slow to start the app because of the startup animation. All in all, not worth the download and registration time.

This app is extremely frustrating to use. Every time I want to check my data I've been kicked out of the app. Now I can't even log in anymore. When entering credentials I get this white screen of death and nothing more. Please fix this useless trash app.

Hi! I'm so sorry to hear the app is not working as it should. Have you already tried to delete the app details? --> Press the app icon until a separate menu appears --> Select “Application Details” --> Select “Storage” --> Select “Delete Data" --> Close the app, and try signing in again.

Hi! To fix this, you need to delete the app details: 1. Press the app icon until a separate menu appears. 2. Select “Application Details”, 3. Select “Storage”, 4. Select “Delete Data“, 5. Close the app, and try signing in again.
