US Foods

It's not bad enough that this is the worst app ever, I call your IT department and get a menu of every issue except for IT. Whoever designed this app obviously didn't spend 1 minute in a kitchen asking what was needed. Categories, filters, (which is beyond stupid) BUT can't access search without backing Considering the only thing we want to do is put our order in. Can't add or delete except on a laptop or pc?? Yea, that's what we carry around the kitchen.

Complicated reopening existing order to add items. Shows previously purchased items at top of search. Lowering quantity of items complicated feature. Not very seamless. Disconnects app in minutes of nonuse. Have to constantly restart to continue.

Not able to see all of my order maybe it's because Agora Services is now in charge of the ordering. I cannot tell if things are being special ordered by Agora services or if US Foods is out of stock ?? . I'd rather go back to the US Foods app then go through Agora Services Healthcare.
