This app is good, but there's a very frustrating flaw in check deposits, which can easily result in improperly endorsed checks, which means failed deposits. What the app should do is this: 1. Help you endorse your check properly. 2. Help you take the front photo. 3. Help you take the back photo. Instead, the app tells you, AFTER you've started taking photos, how to endorse the check. That is, after you may have already endorsed it incorrectly, messing up your check. Who is going to start taking photos before endorsing their check? The endorsing help, in this app, comes TOO LATE. Now I have to get a new check cut to me, because I've messed up my check.

Mostly great. The app DOES require separate username/password than the online banking. I noticed that my outdated phone had trouble with the upgrade, so had to get a slightly less outdated phone. Faster mobile deposit than my other bank. Ease of fund transfer between my own accounts. Monthly credit score. Generally easy to use. Occasionally won't let me sign in. Today got Certificate Pinning Error and cannot sign in at all.

app used to be great. it used to save my email info and only request my password upon login, every now and then it would confirm my security questions, no big deal. now, it refuses to allow me to turn on the quick balances and it forces me to type email, password AND answer security questions literally every.single.time. I open the app. If I was able to see my quick balance, this wouldn't be so infuriating, although would still be incredibly annoying !! Fix this app, PLEASE !!!

Sorry to hear you‘re having issues. Our most recent update included increased security to ensure your information is safe. As a result, the login criteria changed, now requiring a device password to save app settings. Once a password is set, you can customize your app settings. Please email mobileappgroup@usalliance.org for further assistance.
