Update as of 17.08.2021 I am loving the improvements to this app. It's getting better all the time. I have always found this app easy to move around it. On the service area I don't like the colours, but that personal taste. I'd prefer if they were green for high booking areas, amber for average and red for low booking areas. The pastel colours seem vague to me. It doesn't take away from how good the app is.

Overall the app is easy to use but still has some issues at least on my phone (Android), the main ones are: 1- when adding hours sometimes it either doesnt add the chosen hours, deletes the hours or simply crashes and the app shuts off 2- The check in and out button doesnt work all the time, have to make sure I slide it a couple of times until it registers

Read messages remain unread if not replied to, even when you no longer have the option to reply, making it difficult to tell when new messages are coming through. Notifications in the app can't be clicked on to view the related activity, instead (on Android anyway), they trigger the option to send an email to a regular contact. Erroneous repeat booking figures are displayed on tiled information page for no apparent reason.
