Galaxy/Gear Add-on for Sleep

Update: after waiting some time, and updating the app, everything appears to be normal again. Drained 25% over a 10 hr sleep which is perfect. Great addition to the sleep as Android app! OLD: Worked perfectly for over a year. Suddenly around the beginning of October it started fully draining my gear s3 battery. I haven't changed the way I use it at all. Used to drain ~30% overnight, now drains ~100%. Hopefully an update will restore the original battery drain at some point.

Keeps on running, sending constant notifications to my phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 8) during the day. I've tried numerous troubleshooting ideas but I can't fix this issue. Never had issues with the actual phone app, but running this on my Galaxy Watch3 has minimal benefit. The reason I keep it is can get better info re REM sleep/HR overnight. The constant phone notifications all day every day are a reminder that this add-on has significant flaws.

i've been using for over a year with galaxy active watch and been fine until the last week. Now significant drain over night 76% over 9.5 hours. I've tried a re-install of native gear, but it's not helped. Edit. I've had an email from the developer of the app and thank them greatly for that. The email detailed the problems they have with Samsung Active and my issue is caused by Samsung tech and the trade off between accuracy and battery efficiency. It's a shame because I love this app. At the moment I'm using it with Sonar and not linking my watch to the main app so no battery drain to the watch. Hopefully there will be a workaround in the near future, but by the sound of it, it will be at the price of lower accuracy.
