Well so far so good I noticed that it's a little slow bringing up the features I know it is I noticed there's no place where says new releases that like are being advertised on Up faith and family And so far I haven't found what I was looking for for newly added releases call up Faith and family has gotten a little better I'm enjoying the programs and hope that they keep on coming I recommend up Faith and family for your family for your children it's very appropriate

Been a subscriber since March 2022, not had any issues till now! In Google it says active, shows payment was made, my bank shows payment cleared. UP Faith and Family says Google cancelled my subscription. I have been on chat and email nearly all day, and the issue still is unresolved. All content is locked, I sent them proof of payment, and responses from Google saying it's still active. I've paid through to January and can't use it, but they want me to resubscibe, pay double for one month!!!

The programming is good but what good is downloading the shows for offline viewing when you have to be online for them to start playing? Seriously considering cancelling my subscription because I am normally in areas where I don't have cell service and need the offline viewing. Emphasis on offline. Waste of money if I can't do the one thing I need.
