Horrible app! I have 2 kids, and both me and my husband manage the academics of one kid each. For the life of me, I have never been able to login in to this app. I login with OTP, and the app gets stuck eternally on "Select Account" screen, and it does not show any account to choose. I have no choice but to exit from the app. I wonder if this usecase of multiple children and multiple guardians was even considered while building the app.

No, Its updated version & is still the same. 1. Takes more time to refresh. Many a times I have missed the latest message/ notification as the app was still showing the last read message and will be surprised to see the current message when I open for the next notification. 2. Does not allow forwarding the actual message. Some times provides an option to copy the message and pasted in other communication tools like SMS/ Mail/ Whatsapp.. But this option does not work with all the messages.

The app is very poorly designed. OTPs are not sent. It has been a year and only once was our OTP sent during login. After that, we have never been able to login from any device. The one time we did manage to login, all the messages were in a messed up order and some messages never reached us. This app is essential for NPS Whitefield students, yet it does not work well. The helpline is always busy. NPS even made paying the book fees through this app a necessity.
