I am not tech savvy, to include figuring out a cell phone! The app is super simple & convenient & self explanatory! There's even an option to turn your "plastic" off & on again AT YOUR LEISURE! IF you get stuck in the app, customer service is friendly, fast, thorough & compassionate! Fraud & Security are top notch, as are all depts. When I moved out of WA State to AZ, I didn't close my TwinStar account ~ I brought it with me! I've been a pleased customer for 14 years now! Highly recommend

Unuseable!! Worst version of this app ever. Latest trendy update makes it very difficult to set meaningful custom notifications. App contains information and features just not really needed, so it tracks how you like to spend your money. The trendy washed out appearance makes it difficult for native people, or anyone color blind on the purple/brown side of the color spectrum. Too much blue and white, all looks washed out, difficult to focus on. Can give you a head ache with use.

There are features I dislike in this app now. When inputting $ amounts, the . Is on a different screen. I have to toggle between screens to enter 102.05 I can't send travel notifications and messages easily. It's just an email/contact us. The appl doesn't display well on my Samsung note 9. It's not much better on a tablet. When reviewing account information to transfer, I can't see balances.
