When I click on menu, it says "For a better experience turn on device location, which uses Google's location service. " I click No thanks, and the prompt just pops back up. Please fix that. If I'm not ready to order then I'm not ready, I just want to view the menu. When I am ready to order, I already have stores selected as favorites, I don't need to find a store. Other than that, the app is fine. I like the updates on points added, being able to favorite orders, and the UI is good.

Isn't compatible with Samsung devices apparently. won't save the password. can't even find the app in Samsung passwords. they use a weird website to save their password in Chrome. can't even find it in Chrome after creating it. apparently the app isn't registered as tropical smoothie. why do so many people fail with their technology and the user experience 🤦♂️

With my last purchase using the app., I could not redeem my accumulated rewards points. Even after multiple attempts, I had enough points and had the applicable item in the cart 🙄 the app. would not honor the transaction!! Never had an issue redeeming points in the past!! Have reached out to Trop. Smoothie developers with screenshot in hopes of this kink getting straightened out!!
