There are number of issues: 1) It does not let you delete an invoice Once you start it. It stays in your submitted invoices as, " incomplete". 2) In accessorial charges you have to select from list. It doesn't give you put as "Others" to customize. Example: I had, "On time Delivery" to claim, no option.

App is completely broken, it will not give me the option of submitting a rate confirmation. Half the time your login password will not be accepted either.There tech support is completely incompetent and can barely speak English. Find a different factoring company

A tool to have. If I did something wrong I got a phone call instantly to correct the issue. The only issue I have is there is no button to get a NOA instead of calling in.
