I love this app! I'm brand new to VR, and I thought it was just kind of cool to space out and be in some neat immersion, at first. Now, the Focus Tripp has become a daily habit at the very bare minimum, (The other Tripps are great too), and the Ascend and Learn sections are wonderful tools. I always come out feeling better than when I went in, and now that I've downloaded the Mobile App, I'm hooked on the go. 5 stars - One of my favorite apps of all time so far!

I only got the game yesterday & tried it out for the first time today. So far, I like it! But I'm having trouble personalizing the photos. When I select PSVR2 as my headset on the customization page, the page just tells me to go to the Playstation store, which only ever tells me that yup, I own the game. Enjoying everything else so far, though! Revised to 5 stars to reflect that after working with Kristin at TRIPP to resolve a discrepancy between account emails, all is well! Responsive team!

There was a problem with the app opening after a security update in Android 14. The response from the customer service team was great!! Prompt response from initial contact, and a message that the problem had been resolved, with guidance on what steps to take to start using the newly released version of the app. Time from first report of the issue to resolution 3 days!!!!
