It's very buggy if you use the android version. Challenges don't show up under the Challenge tab, so one must go back to the main page to find the challenge OR ignore that section and wait to use the check-in feature once you have arrived. Even then, nothing is listed where it is supposed to be as it does when using the iOS. Will continue to use this in order to complete the metropark challenge, but there are much better apps for android users.

Sorry to hear you're running into issues with the app! We're working hard to improve it, and we have a release that's waiting on review from Google right now that will address the problem you're seeing with the Challenges tab. This app is fine when it works. Mine has decided not to work. It takes more than 5 minutes to load, it knows I'm in a trail challenge but won't let me access it to fill in my progress, and when it asks for feedback it closes the window without letting me actually give feedback to get my problem solved. Edit: several months later, I now have to uninstall and reinstall the app to put in completed trails. When I put in the trail the app just brings be back to the same screen.

I was really excited about this app, however, since I have downloaded it, I have only been able to get it work twice, without waiting for the "spinning wheel of death." Most times, it just spins, and spins, and spins, and spins.....and spins...grat idea, but needs some work. UPDATE: The app takes so long to open, that by the time we're done at the location, we're ready to go...and it still hasn't opened...

Hello Emily, so sorry to hear about the problem! We just pushed a new release (3.7.5) that contains some fixes. It'd be great if you could update and see if the new version helps. From the last release: Woohoo! Now you can complete challenge tasks even when you're offline. Just create your response, then hit "Sync" once you're back online to officially complete the task. Easy peasy!
