The chances of the app actually working are like 50/50. I've had issues with the app not keeping me logged in, or forgetting that my biometrics were enabled. Today i Tried to reset my password but whenever I entered the verification code that would be texted to me, the app would just automatically resend the verification code instead of taking me to the next step.

App won't even open it's crashing. Kind of hard to pay your bill when you can't open the app! Update 12 hours later still not able to open the app! I sent two emails, one containing screenshots to the developer no response as of this writing..Update 4/13/24. It's painfully obvious that the app developer does not care about this app one bit! I've been trying to open this app since 4/11/23 and have written multiple emails with no response from the developer

I'm reviewing the app, not the service (as you should). This app is very not good. It's extremely slow. It takes 5 seconds to reload any screen you're on if it loses focus at all for any reason. You'll run into things you want to manage that require you to just call (which defeats the point of the app), something that doesn't happen with some other companies I've used. Sometimes it refused to load at all, or will say you need to log in even though you just logged in. They should do much better.
