I had to uninstall and reinstall to get in. It tells me it can't sync my accounts, but it looks like they're synched. Pending status of payments comes and goes. Worst, only some of the bills I've been getting through online banking are still available. To get them, I have to set up online accts with each company--tough, since I no longer receive bills from them and don't have acct info. The rest I have to track separately and then log in to timberland to pay. It's a downgrade and rocky rollout.

Update... They fixed the bugs that were causing the issues, able to call and get assistance when needed w/o waiting longer than 5 min. App works great and easy to use. Not even 1 star! Wouldn't let me post without giving it at least one. I can't log in to new or old app anymore. I can't call bank without being put on hold for over an hour. I tried the direct number and the 800, same wait time. Huge issue for me! All my banking and bills are done online and I can't access any of my accounts.

This is a train wreck of a roll-out. My card was declined (again) at a location for no other reason than the new system is trying to learn my spending habits. according to the very nice woman I spoke with at Timberland, the new system didn't port over previous transaction activity to their fraud algorithms. So these random rejections may continue for up to a month. Whomever designed this tragedy of a system needs to rethink their career choices.
