The app itelf is fine but the customer service is terrible. It's hard to find a way to contact them and when you do, they won't answer emails (I've been waiting over a month for a response). I purchased an item that they later said was out of stock. Instead of refunding me (as any legit business would), they would only offer account credit and would not respond to my questions. Buyer beware.

Poor customer service. App had an inventory issue and showed something in stock. After ordering that item the order was cancelled since it was out of stock. I was only able to get an account credit back instead of a refund. It was an error on their end and they kept my money, citing their "policy". Their policy should be if they are unable to send what the buyer purchased, then they refund the buyer's money.

I gave them a second chance! Ordered something from them everyday for 3 days during their holiday sale. Shipping of $7 is SUPPOSEDLY charged once every 24 hours but yet I was charged 4 TIMES!!!!! Jessica is rude in her responses to you when you question their tactics. They overcharge for their items and shipping. BUYERS BEWARE! And watch closely! Terrible customer service and management! IF you use a credit card - NOT a debit card .. call you credit card company and you can get your refund!
