Opening the keyboard on my mobile and typing shortcuts (/), the shortcut bar goes up. Fix this fast. I have been in trouble for a long time with this problem in your mobile app! (realme 5i Phone)

The Tidio app is commendable; however, there is a recurring issue where message notifications are often not visible. This has regrettably led to instances where we've lost valuable customer interactions, thereby impacting our workflow. Addressing this concern would significantly enhance the overall effectiveness of the app for our team.
