Awful experience. The "discounted" products can be found for less at any grocery store. Tried to cancel my membership because I wouldn't be saving &. spending more than I normally would. The representative goaded me to keep it & accept a $20 credit to make at least 1 order. I placed an order, my card was never debited, the $20 credit disappeared & I never received anything. During that waiting period my "free trial" ended so I had to pay the entire membership and received nothing from it.

Occasional glitches and products are not always organized well (a search doesn't always pull up all the available items within a given category or key word). Certain items are sometimes cheaper at my local grocery store so do your due diligence to cross compare! Overall, very pleased with the selection, prices, and the convenience!!

I love Thrive market! so many things to choose from, at great prices. Quality products, and I love that they match the price of anybody else. Although I've never had to do that. Anything missing, not a problem. They promptly refund you money. This is only once. Good customer service. So many specialty items. If I order in the morning, it's usually here by the next day. Awesome.
