Placed an order before I went to bed. Woke up to an email that they have canceled my order. Tried logging in, and it wouldn't let me. Tried to reset my password, and it tells me they do not have an account for my email. Visited sitejabber and BBB to see they had negative reviews due to poor customer service, and that you order at your own risk. I'll take this as a good sign, and not to order from them. TLDR: They canceled my order and deleted my account without any explanation.

Poor customer service, good luck returning anything! Update 3/2/21 - tried to contact Tim however I was told he doesn't work the team?! Replied to the email and still no response. Chatted with someone on the skinstore app and I sent them once again my order number and then nothing since yesterday afternoon! Once again horrible customer service!

Genuine brand products, and offer periodic discounts on high end skin care brands you will not find anywhere else. They also offer samples when you spend certain amt- I am very happy with all my purchases, service and shipment tracking features.
