I've been using Circuit for the last two weeks in West Palm to get to and from work. I'd give it 5 starts, but there are some issues. 1. The app will say that the driver has arrived but I'll wait around for 5+ minutes without anyone actually arriving. 2. It has glitched where it canceled my ride multiple times without any explanation. 3. The map feature doesn't actually work. The drivers have all been friendly and nice, especially first thing in the morning so I'll definitely continue to use.

The app works, however the service sucks in my area. Only 2 drivers are assigned to do the task In National City, And when you request a ride, 8 out 10 they will never show up. I made several attempts to use the service and when the app reflects driver is only one minute away, all of the sudden the icon disappears, in within a fraction of a seconds the icon reappears but now it shows it is 9 or more minutes away. So like a said service is unreliable. 1 Stars because of deficiency.

This is a great service. App interface could use some work. The wait times are inaccurate. It doesn't service very many places in Bellevue. Sometimes when you need it most the service is simply just unavailable due to it being too busy. I love the idea of the app. The drivers are safe and friendly. It's a pay what you can service. Please tip the drivers whenever you can they deserve it. If they can fix the problem with the wait times being inaccurate/changing constantly I'll rate 4 stars
