I love WaniKani, but don't love their web interface. On iOS, I use Tsurukame for my reviews, but it's not available on Android. Luckily, Flaming Durtles fits the bill as a replacement. The UI is clean, responsive, and customizable. -1 star only because I had to look up how to enable the "ignore"/mark correct button -- it's hidden layers deep in settings menus. Streamline that or make it the default, and it'll be perfect!

It's a great app for the most part, but there is a very annoying bug with lessons. You are supposed to be able to swipe left and right to go back and forward between items, but the detection of those swipes is utterly busted. It frequently misinterprets stationary taps or vertical scrolling as a sideways swipe, and when you actually *do* swipe left or right, most of the time it's not detected. I'd be happy with just disabling the feature entirely, but there doesn't seem to be any way to do so.

Thanks for having a reading/meaning back-to-back feature. I was using a browser userscript for this function on the website, but it stopped working recently, which made reviews frustrating. It seemed like the script wasn't going to be updated, and that's how I found this app. There's a lot of nice features. I really like that you can customize the font.
