Play our two HUGE crosswords, with over 1300 clues in each grid. The grids are both over 100 by 100 cells in size.

These themed crosswords are a fabulous brain stretcher if you love solving challenging puzzles.
Choose to solve the crosswords in two modes:
- Quest mode, where each clue has been carefully crafted into a corresponding quest. There are over 80 quests to complete in each puzzle.
- Classic mode where you play like an ordinary crossword
The crosswords have been professionally set, and tailored to suit both US and non US markets - with any specific cultural differences noted. We only use the best crossword setters!
They are epic challenges that only the best crossword solvers will be able to complete unaided.
However if you're completely stumped on a clue, the game features several hints:
- Reveal start and end letters
- Lose unused keyboard letters
- Reveal Word
Each puzzle also contains 140 cryptic clues to sharpen your wits, but fear not - our 'Learn Cryptic Crosswords' app teaches you how to solve those. Or just use your Hints!
The helpful 'mini grid' feature shows you where you are in the overall puzzle.
The game features in-app purchases to buy coins for hints, or you can watch reward adverts instead.
Periodically adverts are shown.

I have reinstalled this puzzle numerous times. Sometimes I try to beat my earlier times, and sometimes I complete a single quest before I go to the next one. I'm not a big fan of the newer puzzle, since I don't know most of the song titles, and cryptics are especially difficult for me, but you deserve kudos for all the work that must have gone into making puzzles of this size.

I love the game itself. I like the idea of working on a single giant puzzle over time. However. The ads. There's so many! And I'm not asking the game to go ad-free. i just think they could be included in a better way. Like, instead of ads that interrupt gameplay, do what a lot of games are doing now and make it a "watch ad - recieve coins" sort of thing. This would allow players to get coins for more hints as well as being less interruptive and annoying. Just a thought.

Thanks for your feedback, Sarah. You can remove the adverts for a single small one-off payment (the price of a coffee). We also offer the option to get coins for watching adverts, but at the moment, that doesn't remove the intermittent ads. We'll consider if there's a way we can offer video ads instead of having the intermittent ads. Thanks.

The nav is really easy despite the size of the puzzle and it's easy to see. The optional quests are a nice touch; and the linked clues are cool, too. I'm still getting the hang of the Cryptics, but they almost always make sense after I cheat. ๐ It's a good mix of difficulties but I can tell sometimes that the devs are in the UK because the terms for some things are different. Which is fine, cuz why should they change their language for a bunch of 'Murricans? Also the devs are very responsive.
