This app works wonders for making appointments, seeing test results, sharing medical info from other Epic systems, sending messages to medical departments, and viewing your medical team. However the system does not allow you to edit data and sometimes it allows you to delete data without undoing. My medical team is a mess because I can accidentally delete but not add. The menu options are not sorted very well so you have to read through them one or more times to find what you are searching for

Among all of my health related applications so far, this one has been the most organized and user-friendly one. It's really easy to navigate, and the personalizing feature helps a lot. I specifically love the chatting option with your doctor or nurse. It has saved my time big time, and i always get the response so fast. Generally, i recommend the app to any Vanderbilt Health customer.

This app is fantastic! I've used similar ones in the past and this one is so user friendly and everything is easy to find and intuitive! I do wish I could take screen shots of her appt info sometimes, adding a permissions option for that would be nice since there are just times when signal at the hospital is terrible and I just need a quick reminder of where I'm going and the app can't load.
