Swig n' Sweets

The app is easy to navigate. It's nice that it won't let you add a drink to your cart until it is completely filled out. I like that you can go back & see your order history for a little bit so you can reorder the same items or change them up. I wish there was a way to mark my favorites to make ordering a little quicker.

It's hard not to compare Fiiz app and Swig app,as they are both using the same app framework. What I really like about Fiiz is they have a huge secret menu list on their app, which makes the experience so much better in app. I see a lot less reason to pull up the Swig up to do an order. Rather just go to the window as the experience is better that way.

Other than providing location and tracking loyalty points this app is useless. Any time I try to pay using the app, as they say it can, I am asked to show my credit card to verify. What's the point in having customers add a form of payment? Order ahead is pointless as most of the locations I have been to ask me to join the drive-thru line to pick up my order.
