This app sucks because i can't get into my online banking also my username and password also don't work at all

I had someone do my taxes, they setup a Gmail account and start a Sutton account in my name had my phone ax money go to it, I can't access either and I don't know if the bank allowed that person to take my tax money. I have the account number and my id, my social but I can't get any information.
