The pay for standard next-day service is $.75/LB. of laundry completed plus tips. The pay for same-day service is $1.50/LB. of laundry completed plus tips. Our top Laundry Pros earn over $6000/month. The average for the top 100 Laundry Pros is about $2500/month. And many Laundry Pros gig part time and earn to save for a vacation, pay a particular bill, or contribute to a college fund.
There is a $15 minimum per order, so you'll always make at least $15 (plus tips) per order.

That’s up to you. You’re the boss. You set your hours and your work area. Work when you want; take off when you feel like it.

Love the flexibility and personally I find it rewarding and therapeutic. I don't like how customers can lie on the ranking system and get away with it, it affects your score tremendously and makes you look bad. Overall I wish there was a follow up on past orders to make sure that everything was done orderly, there should also be a more prompt support system as well than having to wait for them to get back to you.

Very hard to get started . The ranking system they use makes it almost impossible to get started in a slower market like mine. They should help new people get at least one order to help them get ranked. What incentive do you have to improve if you are at the top of the list and get first dibs on the orders and don't have to try as hard. It's a terrible system. Well I hope this market doesn't suddenly grow cause you won't have the people to cover it. Like me they'll go to your competition.

Piss poor app/customer service. Signed up, background check had issues, sent me a new one, it completed. BUT now I can't use the app at all! No longer goes to my dashboard, flickers between the dashboard and the checkr page, until stopping permanently on the checkr page as if still waiting on my background check. Sent screenshots and recordings to customer service who does NOTHING to help, just tells me to wait 24 hrs, restart my phone, and reinstall the app.. 7 days and 8 reinstalls later... 😡

What's new
Fixed some map mayhem: Order pins are now behaving, sticking to their real addresses instead of globetrotting. Plus, all ‘Active' tab orders have their pins back.
