WARNING! The wrong email address has somehow been attached to my account, putting my debit card information at risk. I tried using the app to delete that address and insert the correct one to no avail. I have called customer service many times, and the problem is still not corrected. They said this is for my security. I believe that my security is compromised by the app using an email address that doesn't belong to me. . **Be careful if using this app. Check your account information often*

Very bad delivery service. Customer services doesn't pick up by Chat or calls. Stores keep saying the delivery needs 1 minute but they take an hour. And most of the time after ordering they send a notification that items(most of the cart) is out of stock. Wouldn't recommend the app, Talabat much better services especially the customer service

Decided to give insta shop another couple of chances and each time it was worse than the one before. Either extremely late or wrong or incorrect or poor item from shop. There is also no hope of getting your money back or anything because they never answer the customer complaints. Appalling and never using it again. Lost so much time and money with this horrible app.
