Wouldn't recommend this app to anyone. I ordered an item on a Sunday and never got an order number for it. I checked with a customer service agent and he told that I'll receive the item on Thursday. Today is Friday, with no word of my order. I should be able to collect my order from the store if you can't deliver it directly but apparently, I can't do that either. Please fix your app before putting it out for public use.

For me there is one problem. For example, I see a shirt costing 68 dirhams in blue, and when I switch to white, the price becomes 150 dirhams because of the color. The price doubles, and this is unreasonable.

Worst experience ever, bought 3 different times and they never delivered on all 3 of them. Kept calling and they would promise to get back to me which they never did for 2 whole weeks. They would then finally just reimburse my money 3 weeks later with no interest or complimentary gift voucher. This is the worst service in UAE.
