This is one of my fave breathwork apps as it tracks my daily progress. Last night I almost didn't sit down to do my practice but saw I was on dau 11 and didn't want to go back to zero so did it! Breathwork is so important to keeping my nervous system calm, and this is helping my stay consistent! Thank you so very much!!!🩵🫁🩵

I like the app but I feel like you smoked crack when you made it. In the info slide, on some excerice it says breath in nose and out mouth. But for exempel, advanced deep it dosn't say how to breath out. I guess its out the mouth, but still kind of messed up in my opinion. Please write in the same way on every exercice so it dosn't get missleading

Struggler of PTSD. no matter how many times I wake up in the night ten minutes with this little app and I'm right back to rest again. went from an insomniatic zombie to maybe not a peaceful sleeper, but actually sleeping.
