Their online store, customer service, clothes, and accessories are absolutely an easy 5 stars. This app... it lags, it glitches, it loads blank pages. It's not great. The app needs a lot of work so I will be deleting it for now. However I will remain a loyal customer via browser. Absolutely adorable and high quality items!!! Love them!

I was super excited to download the app thinking it would be an easier shopping experience but NOT AT ALL. The app keeps closing so I'm not even able to browse everything without having to start over. It's very cute and has a great setup! Just needs some performance enhancement. Overall the company is AMAZING and has the cutest clothes. I will continue to shop, but I'll stick to the website for now.

An improvment to the chaotic online shop, but still not great. I'm a Diamond level rewards member and purchase from SIP a lot, so I was excited for this app. Many buttons on the app simply don't work. Most frustrating, the checkout button does nothing. Trying to click the "chat" icon and ask if perhaps I had done something wrong, led to a response stating I would be notified via email. Overall, the app is fruatrating. It shows a lot of promise, but until its ironed out, its lost my business.
