It's a mostly okay app but the credit card transaction viewing is horrible. Sometimes my credit card is listed in the menu and I can easily view my transactions. Other times I log in and "credit card" is totally missing from the menu options. Occasionally, it's listed but if I tap on it I am informed that I am not authorized to view my transactions. WTH?? And, to the best of my knowledge, there is no other place to view a Summit credit card transaction record. It's a useful app but not great.

The app includes all of the functionality that I want and expect, but it's not particularly streamlined. The way credit card accounts are handled is simply bizarre. I'm not sure why tapping on the credit card from the account list doesn't take you to where you want to go (which is the page you find from the Manage Cards option in the hamburger menu). Overall, this app shouldn't prevent anyone from moving to Summit from a big bank, but it would be nice to see some more polish.

This app and the actual locations are completely disconnected from eachother in terms of information. One thing shows on my app, and I call a physical location to find out something completely different. It's incredibly frustrating and unreliable. Oh and just be careful what you do with Summit, they have a tendency to open and close accounts of yours without any notice to you, they've done it to me twice now and as soon as I can I'm most likely switching to another company.
