Apps from our other banks are much better. 1. This app is very slow to load. 2. Access to credit card info is time-consuming and laborious. 3. The app offers a "rename" option for each account. This is helpful in keeping budgets straight. However, in the last few months I have renamed accounts only to find them soon changed back. I have tried again and again to no avail. The teller girl at CFCU says she has the same problem. 4. I can't go back and forth with budget app without relogging in. Dumb

Does everything a mobile banking app should do, convenient, easy to use. I rarely have any issues with it. Update to original review. Since my original rating, the credit card interface has been updated to what I think is a step back. The account history no longer displays in an easily readable format on my phone. Making a payment while not unmanageable, does take extra steps now. Because of these issues I dropped my rating by a star.

some sorta long load times but that's my only gripe. Format is very nice (improved over the last year), tools are functional and helpful. wouldn't mind some more customization options over said tools (ex custom color palettes) but that's purely decor, again they are useful for budgeting or just keeping track. Overall great bank and great app.
