About this app

Designed for existing SmartRent enabled communities, this app provides community managers and staff with the tools needed to stay on top of time-sensitive maintenance requests. An intuitive interface allows management and staff to easily view all important property, access, work order and unit information all from their phones.

Key Features:

Community Selection - If you are assigned to multiple communities, you can easily switch between them to manage a particular community’s units and work orders.

Unit Management - Manage your occupied and vacant units, leases, unit-related work orders, and resident information.

Work Orders - Create, assign and complete work orders for one or multiple units.

Leases - The move in / move out process will provision or remove the access code from the resident, the software equivalent of the handing keys to the resident on move-in or them returning their physical keys on move out.

Nearly featureless... The app is extremely bare. It barely covers the basics and thus, you're forced to simply use the website. And that's a terrible experience in itself. Unoptimized would be a generous way of describing it.

Just awful. It takes shorter time for me to put the key in and open door and don't make a mistake on the digits and have handfuls of bags. It went offline all the time I would have to get up and actually do what the app was for! Glad to be out of that apartment!

Forgot my password after switching to new phone. I think I just heard someone try to unlock my door, so I'm trying to change the pin code. Tried to update my password to access my account and it works online, but not in the app, which is where I need to change the pin. Piece of garbage. If someone breaks in, it's SmartRent's fault.
