Simpro eForms

Device used is a samsung tablet with S pen, and a samsung S10+ I've found this app to be very frustrating. It crashes, it's slow, I can't upload pictures unless I take them through the app. My reports go missing!? My biggest thing with this app is it says it's sent, but doesn't always get to our office. I expect it to tell me if it's not been successful, like emails do. I also dispise the fact you can't veiw, edit, or download sent forms. Not good enough, and it's getting me in trouble!

I have used this for many years. Thier can be big delays when I send documents from eforms to connect. Sometimes its instant other times it takes hours. It is delaying our processes for invoicing. I can not resend the form either as once its sent it's gone. All I can do is screenshot it and attach it manually. The app slowly has improved over the years and is usable but this fault needs urgent work.

good app but the overlay of the form doesnt match up with how the form actually looks. words end up in the wrong position which doesnt look good and takes a lot of time and continuous testing to get it right
