The overall experience was fine, but this is the only app that does not work with Bluetooth devices like ear buds or the car. Sound only comes through the phone speaker with no settings or options to change. Yes, my phone is connected to my car and my ear buds, immediately before and after the meeting, all sound comes through the connected Bluetooth, but during the meeting, audio comes through the phone speaker. Very inconvenient when you need confidentiality or if your surroundings are loud.

Telehealth is protecting the health of the vulnerable, elderly, and immune-compromised. It provides access without potentially long travel and exposure to others who may be ill, be it in transport, elevators, hallways, waiting rooms, or recently occupied exam rooms. It saves time (travel, waiting) and energy for both patients and providers. It is a key tool to "do no harm!"

The video is soo pixelated! And then we had to reboot the call twice bc the video screen on one end would go black, so the other party couldn't see anything. We switched away from telehealth for 9 months because of the app's instability, but made the mistake of trying it again. Telehealth is still just as unreliable and glitchy as it was 9 months ago.
