SimplePractice app for clinicians is very easy to use and navigate. First-time user and I have an android, no problem. Also, I use it on a desktop, and no problem. However, I was a little confused when I downloaded the wrong app. The logos colors are different, but I love that it let me know which one for who, although reading is fundamental. Lol! Other than that, I really enjoy the system. Thanks for making the simple, simple to use!

Loved the app UNTIL I got a s23 ultra and now app won't even open because of a "bug" according to my system. ***re-download again today to try to get it to work. Still won't work on my phone. Very frustrating. I've been using this app for years and now can't. Hopefully sometime week see this and fix the issue.

The app and web interface often do not sync properly. This has lead to multiple scheduling issues including the loss of a client as a result. The app has not been able to handle daylight savings time changes for years. Some client paperwork cannot be viewed in the app even though the app is pushed as the "superior" experience compared to the web interface. Subscriptions to this service cost hundreds a year (and prices continue to go up), making this 75% complete app that much more frustrating.
